Guarantee and After-Recruitment Service
The regulations grant the employer a trial period of no more than 90 days, during which he verifies the worker's professional competence and good conduct, and either party has the right to terminate the contract during it — Article 9 of the Domestic Labour Regulations published on the Musaned platform.

Can I recruit a worker without an office?
Recruitment is done exclusively through the Musaned platform of the Ministry of Human Resources, and the procedures cannot be completed without contracting a licensed recruitment office. The platform connects you with the office, documents the contract, and protects your rights and the worker's rights. Any contract outside the platform does not guarantee a refund of fees nor legally protect any party.
What is a domestic worker "CV"?
A worker's CV is a file showing her full details: name, age, nationality, religion, marital status, the languages she speaks, years of experience, the countries she has worked in, and her skills in cooking and in childcare and elderly care. What is the difference between recruiting from the CVs and the "Maaroufa" service?
The CVs shown here are for workers we provide, and recruiting them includes a 3-month guarantee. The "Maaroufa" service, by contrast, is a track on the Musaned platform for those who already have a specific worker whose name and passport number they know, at prices set by the Ministry and available for only four nationalities; it is not covered by the office's guarantee because the selection is made by the employer.
How long is the worker's guarantee?
Wafd's guarantee is 3 months from the worker's arrival date, matching the trial period set by the Domestic Labour Regulations at no more than 90 days, during which the employer verifies professional competence and good conduct. Each case is studied individually during this period to determine the appropriate action.
